Enquiries and volunteer records are restricted to authorised organisers. Submissions are not automatically published. Any permission to publish a photograph or personal story must be confirmed separately.
Payment providers process payments on their own websites under their own privacy notices. This theme does not introduce advertising trackers or analytics cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies when an administrator signs in.
Contact PNE Flags through the contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle the request and any related follow-up. Authorised organisers review retained records regularly.
