PNE Flags turns supporter backing into something Deepdale can actually see.

PNE Flags exists to put colour, tribute work, banners and tifos into the ground, not just into conversations. It is built by supporters, funded by supporters and carried by volunteer effort. The single biggest need now is a stronger monthly base so the project can keep moving between the headline moments.

Monthly backing neededRecurring support keeps the whole thing viable.

Why monthly support matters most

One-off donations help with the next push. Regular backers are what stop the wider project becoming stop-start.

Starter
£5 a month

Helps cover background costs like storage, packing, smaller repairs and day-to-day upkeep.

Best baseline
£10 a month

The strongest everyday level for reprints, replacements and keeping the ground looking consistently full.

Push it on
£20 a month

Creates room for bigger tribute work and larger display planning without draining the basics.

Without a stronger recurring base, the project slows down.

Flags need drying, storing, repairing and replacing. New stock costs money. Better installs take time, volunteers and planning. Monthly supporters are what keep that practical side alive.

Recent displays at Deepdale

Not mock-ups. Not moodboards. Work that supporters have actually helped put in place.

Archive proof

A deeper archive builds trust.

The original strength of PNE Flags was never just one hero image. It was the sense of depth: different displays, different parts of the ground, bigger days, quieter days and proof that the work had a life beyond a single campaign.

The rebuilt site leans back into that. The gallery is curated by type so supporters can move through installed work, atmosphere, tribute pieces and campaign visuals more clearly.

What support pays for

The point is not a vague fundraising message. It is the practical costs of keeping a supporter display project alive over time.

Flags, rails and large-format pieces

Fabric, printing, replacement stock and wear-and-tear all need funding if the ground is going to keep looking strong over a full season.

Tifos and larger display work

Big visuals need planning, materials, testing, coordination and enough headroom that one major project does not empty everything else.

Tribute work and campaign visuals

Boards, remembrance-led pieces and supporter campaign artwork matter because they give the project emotional weight as well as visual presence.

Current focus: the Gentry Tifo

The Gentry Tifo is the clearest live expression of what coordinated supporter funding can build: tribute boards, supporter artwork, promo visuals and a larger display done properly rather than rushed.
